Jennifer Mulcaster

Jenn has grown with WES for Youth Online since 2013. After the passing of her sister, Melissa, in June 2012, Jenn decided to move her focus and career path to the mental health field.

Initially taking on the role of Volunteer Coordinator, she was responsible for recruiting and training new volunteers, retaining strong mental health advocates for the Organization. In 2014, Jenn transitioned into the Youth Outreach Coordinator position, where she oversaw the Organization’s youth program development, creating its very first youth advisory committee- The WES Crew.

It was only two short years later that Jenn advanced into the role of Executive Director where she led the Organization to where it is today, a provincially recognized youth mental health service. With a strong background in business marketing and management, Jenn has worked diligently to ensure that the organization’s strategic oversight aligns with the needs of today’s youth. She is armed with a passion for youth mental health and wellness and is dedicated to helping young people better navigate the resources that are available to them.

In her personal life, you can find Jenn on a beach or adventuring through the rolling green hills of Ireland. When she isn’t laughing it up with her two teenagers, she is fine-tuning her creative side by restoring old pieces of furniture into true works of art!
