Susan O’Quinn is a Registered Social Worker in both Ontario & Newfoundland. She is trained in both Social Work and Child Development and has been providing services to children, youth, adults and families for over 30 years. Susan believes that we live in a world that fuels illness by default and that we are only now remembering how to fuel optimal wellbeing. Susan is an entrepreneur and social innovator who has created a variety of intervention programs throughout her career, including THRIVE with CORE MC5- a program that provides guidance on how to improve our wellness and fuel our best self. Susan has special knowledge in developmental disabilities, adoption, identity, attachment, anxiety, depression, loss and grief and parent-child relationships. Susan is also a musical artist who writes & shares her own music. Susan is a member of Newfoundland’s Mi’kmaq community, the Qalipu Mi’kmaq Band and a member of the Federation of Newfoundland Indians.
